SHIPPING COSTS

  ~ On your return, we will refund your product purchase.

  ~ On your exchange, you return the item at your cost, we send the exchange item at our cost.

  ~ When you return an order that provided our promotional free shipping, we will refund your product purchase, minus our shipping cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Login to your account
2. Click on the "Completed Orders" link
3. Browse to the order you wish to return/exchange and then click the adjacent "Return Item(s)" button
4. Under "Qty. to Return" select the quantity for only the item(s) you are returning
5. Select the appropriate return reason and return action, and then click "Submit"
6. Package your item(s) and ship to us at the address below. You will receive an email confirming that we received your Return or Exchange request.  IMPORTANT:  There will be a Return Request Number on this email. Please include this number on your package mailing label or the package may be returned to you.
