This skirt far exceeded my expectations. My daughter needs a long black skirt for her cello recital and this skirt fits perfectly and looks beautiful on! The material is a nice quality that doesn't wrinkle and the fit is spot on to the measurements listed online. I will definitely reorder when my daughter outgrows this one.

I've ordered several of these skirts for me and my girls-they always fit great, and the material seems to last forever.

I purchased this for my 10 year old's first cello concert. She is slim and tiny, so I got a size 8. I went by the measurements and it was right on. It was a wonderful length, fit beautifully and I will order it again when she grows out of this size.

I ordered a size 8 for my 9 year old daughter after searching in vain for church clothes for her. This shipped fast and arrived within a week so we could go to church the next Sunday. This is her first nice skirt, she likes the style and has no problems putting it on. It irons easily as well.

I looked all over the place and cannot find a long black skirt. Finally I found this - just got it in the mail - size 10 for my 9 year-old (60 lbs) and it fits her perfectly. Elastic waist is very comfortable and the fabric flows nicely. It will be perfect for her orchestra performance.

I am so happy with the skirts I ordered for my twin girls. We are Jehovah's Witnesses and trying to find modest yet attractive skirts in the stores has become impossible, so I decided to look online. It is not easy to find modest clothes that are not dumpy frumpy looking. Your site gave us wonderful options to choose from, so my girls can look nice and still be modestly dressed. Thank You!

I have three skirts from Hannah Lise myself and I just got each of my girls two (one was not in stock). They all fit like a dream and the girls love them. Plenty of room to move, modest, comfortable and they look nice with anything. You also can't beat the price.
I'm sure I'll be getting skirts for them here for many years.

I had a hard time finding a long skirt that has no slit. As I looked around at the local stores, all the long skirts had slits. So finally I went on-line and found this one. And I am very happy with this. There is no slit, it is not so wide, but yet allows various activities such as cleaning, light sports at recreations, and working out, without feeling restricted. It is not too long, so there is no need of lifting the hem when you go up or down stairs. It doesn't get dirty nor wrinkled no matter what you do. It is very light so it's comfortable in summer, in winter you will need warm leggings. This very simple look also identifies you unmistakably as a postulant, rather than a volunteer helping at the monastery gift shop. It also blends in well with the sisters in her black habit.
This is an ideal skirt for those who are preparing for entering or doing a live-in in a monastery that doesn't have a uniform for postulants nor let you wear your normal attire in the world. Probably also good for religious sisters who don't wear a habit but feel awkward with skirts with a slit.
Con: no pocket !
If you are an organist, a draw back is that this skirt is a bit slippery on the bench, I couldn't play Trio sonatas by Bach without feeling like I'm falling off. But with other less acrobatic pieces I had no problem. You can see your feet/legs rather well, too.
